The Municipal Code is the compilation of Laws that govern the Town of Castle Rock. The Municipal Code includes ordinances enacted by Town Council as related to public health and safety, zoning, public morals and behavior and general welfare.
The Town of Castle Rock municipal code is hosted by Municipal Code Corporation. This website provides public access for our citizens to the content of our online code by a searchable format. The municipal code is organized by subject matter, title, chapter and section for identification.
The Town Charter is the basic document that defines the organization, powers, functions and essential procedures of our local government as well as the rights of citizens. The Town of Castle Rock is a home-rule municipality and by the charter, defines how our local government will be run.
